Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak Halloween season (October 1–29), processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.
Shipping Times We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery.
Halloween Order Deadline To ensure your costume or decorations arrive before Halloween, we strongly recommend placing your order by October 15th. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for October 31st.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different suppliers. You may receive separate tracking numbers — this is normal and all items will be delivered to your address.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@scaredepot.shop by October 29th so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
